Job Description

  • Managing a caseload of wills, executries, powers of attorney, and estate planning.
  • Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and trusts.
  • Handling complex estate administration and succession planning.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and growing the firm's private client practice.



The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ years PQE in private client law.
  • Experienced in drafting wills, administering estates, and advising on tax planning.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong in client relationship management and communication skills.
  • A STEP qualification (or working towards one) would be an advantage.
