Job Description

The Legal Counsel will be:



  • Providing expert legal advice on commercial contracts, partnerships, and agreements.


  • Assisting with corporate governance and compliance matters.


  • Negotiating terms and conditions for a wide range of commercial deals.


  • Supporting internal teams on legal risks, strategy, and dispute resolution.


  • Contributing to the company's ongoing success and strategic direction.

The Successful Applicant

The Legal Counsel should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2-8 years PQE in commercial law.


  • Experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, ideally within the tech or related industries.


  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex legal matters.


  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.


  • A keen interest in the tech industry and its evolving legal landscape.
