Job Description

  • Support the delivery and coordination of training programmes and learning initiatives.
  • Assist with HR and L&D administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate training records and employee development plans.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps.
  • Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
  • Assist with HR and L&D reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Support the delivery of people programmes and projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Learning and Development Officer should have:

  • A solid understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Level 3 CIPD Qualification (Desirable)
  • Experience in coordinating training or learning and development initiatives.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sector is advantageous.
