Job Description
- Providing expert advice on a range of employee relations matters.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Managing complex HR cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Supporting line managers with performance management.
- Conducting and analysing exit interviews.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice.
- Acting as a change agent to support organisational change initiatives.
- Travel across different sites within the North West
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
- An academic qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in an HR role, specifically within Employee Relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- You must be able o commit to a 3x day working week on-site with fairly regular travel across the North West
