Each year they house over 250 people and continually find innovative ways to provide suitable and much needed housing solutions.They are a fast growing organisation and are looking to take on more long term, commercial leases, so they are looking for a legal expert to come in as in-house conveyancer to shape the team and support on all legal property matters.Job DescriptionAs in-house conveyancer, you can expect to deal with:conveyancing and landlord and tenant property matters:property sales and acquisitionsgranting and renewal of standard leaseslicences to occupylicence to carry out alterationsdeeds of variationsrent review memorandatitle checksreports on titlesubmissions of SDLT returnsregistration of title at Land Registrydealing with conveyancing in connection with new developments of housing, i.e. NHS and Local Authoritiesworking with external legal firmsline managing staffThe Successful ApplicantWe are looking for qualified solicitors, licenced conveyancers or legal executives with around 3+ years experience.
