Job Description

  • Develop and implement reward strategies within assigned region that align with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the management of compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure reward policies support talent retention and attraction.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive reward offerings.
  • Provide expert advice on reward-related matters to HR and business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Lead on EU Pay Transparency Directive project
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and reward service providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programmes and make recommendations for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Reward should have:

  • Proven track record operating at Senior level within total reward within large, complex organisations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders to develop and execute reward strategies.
  • A thorough understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in the field of rewards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within European or Global remits
