Job Description

The Employment Solicitor will be:

  • Advising FTSE blue-chip organisations on a range of employment law issues
  • Managing complex cross-border employment matters, including information and consultation
  • Providing guidance on executive compensation arrangements, bonus claims, and restrictive covenants
  • Assisting with high-profile projects and corporate transactions
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals and advising on senior-level recruitment and terminations
  • Supporting Partners on high value matters.

The Successful Applicant

The Employment Solicitor should be / have;

  • A solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in Employment Law
  • Experienced in advising on respondent employment matters
  • Knowledgeable in cross-border employment law and executive compensation
  • Able to work with FTSE clients and handle high-quality legal issues
  • Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Ties to Leeds
