Job Description
As an Employment Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:
- Keeping up to date with legal and market developments and updating lawyers as appropriate.
- Drafting new guidance notes, precedents and other materials as required.
- Maintaining and responding to legal and technical queries from the group's lawyers.
- Working with the Learning and Development team to write and deliver training for NQs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employment Knowledge Lawyer should have:
- Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, having practised as an employment solicitor.
- The ability to stay up to date on new developments in the law.
- Competency with typical law firm technology tools.
- Advanced organisational and communication skills.
