Job Description

As an Employment Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

  • Keeping up to date with legal and market developments and updating lawyers as appropriate.
  • Drafting new guidance notes, precedents and other materials as required.
  • Maintaining and responding to legal and technical queries from the group's lawyers.
  • Working with the Learning and Development team to write and deliver training for NQs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Employment Knowledge Lawyer should have:

  • Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, having practised as an employment solicitor.
  • The ability to stay up to date on new developments in the law.
  • Competency with typical law firm technology tools.
  • Advanced organisational and communication skills.
