Job Description

  • working as an Employee Relations Specialist providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Manage workplace investigations and resolve complex employee issues effectively and confidentially.
  • Support managers in implementing consistent and fair performance management processes.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and improve employee relations strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all employee relations cases and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring alignment with legal and organisational standards.
  • Proactively identify trends and recommend strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Deliver training sessions for managers on employee relations topics to enhance their capability.

The Successful Applicant
