Job Description

The Corporate Solicitor will be:



  • Supporting corporate transactional work including M&A, private equity, and capital markets


  • Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a range of corporate agreements


  • Collaborating with partners and teams to deliver seamless client solutions


  • Managing multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality output


  • Contributing to business development initiatives and client relationship building

The Successful Applicant

The Corporate Solicitor should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 3+ years PQE in corporate law


  • Experienced in transactional corporate matters, particularly M&A and private equity


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced national team environment


  • Skilled in drafting and negotiating complex corporate documentation


  • Client-focused with strong communication and organisational skills

What's on Offer

Estimated salary between c £56,000 - £72,000 dependent on experience, plus benefits including discretionary bonus, life assurance, matched pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
