Job Description

  • Leading and advising on M&A transactions and corporate matters.
  • Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior associates within the team.
  • Working collaboratively across Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
  • Engaging in strategic initiatives to support the firm's continued growth.



The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in corporate law.
  • Experienced in M&A transactions and corporate advisory work.
  • Skilled in client relationship management and business development.
  • A strong team player with excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills.
