Job Description

  • Handling residential property transactions from start to finish.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.



The Successful Applicant

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Experienced in managing transactions independently.
  • A strong communicator with excellent client management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised.
