Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join and ultimately lead the property practice - taking over in the short term
- Able to provide expert advice in all areas of conveyancing law.
- Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
- Engage in business development activities to promote the firm's services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the provision of excellent client service.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge by sharing expertise and experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in property law.
- Ensure all work complies with risk management procedures and professional standards.
- Support the development of junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be an ambitious solicitor with a demonstrable track record handling conveyancing matters and possess
- A strong understanding of property law.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
- The ability to work collaboratively and foster relationships with clients.
