In addition the successful candidate will...lead and motivate the teamsmaintain high standards of appearance, attendance and motivationensure the team are always up to date with product knowledge and technical expertisework hand in hand in hand with the Head of Sales, General Manager and all other heads of departmentsdrive sales growth alongside the head of sales through the sales and admin officeoversee and manage stock rotation and order managementcontinually review all team performance against company objectivesThis role is based 5 days per week from the Hampshire site.
