Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on wine selections to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the on-trade sector.
  • Organise and participate in wine tastings and promotional events to boost product visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client orders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful BDM - On Trade Wine Specialist should have:

  • Proven experience in sales within the on-trade or wine industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wine products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence to travel to client locations as needed.
