Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the Technology workstream on a complex, large-scale integration project. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the integrated technology plan and schedule, coordinating delivery across application, data, security, and infrastructure streams, and proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure milestones are met on time, within budget, and to scope with high quality.

  • Develop and maintain an integrated technology plan and schedule covering application, data, security, and infrastructure workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to avoid project delays.
  • Plan and execute complex cutovers and hypercare phases under strict governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Align internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and minimise business disruption.
  • Manage customer-impacting changes and ensure business readiness for new technology releases.
  • Maintain clear, trusted communications and reporting with executive leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Product teams to synchronize releases, reduce risks, and ensure continuity across critical technology dependencies.
  • Demonstrate decisive issue resolution and maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale technology integration projects.
  • Strong background coordinating application and data integrations.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with a focus on delivering complex cutovers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple interdependent tasks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, product, and operations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance requirements in technology projects.
