You will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to regional regulations while assisting with talent acquisition and workforce management in a dynamic, international environment.Manage labor law compliance aspects related to UK, US, or APAC jurisdictions,Support workforce planning activities, including headcount tracking and forecasting,Assist recruitment teams with candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding processes,Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation,Collaborate with HR leadership to implement HR policies and programs,Support employee relations and respond to labor law-related queries.The Successful ApplicantYou are an organized and proactive HR professional with solid knowledge of labor laws in the UK, US, or APAC regions. You have experience supporting recruitment processes and workforce planning, and you thrive in cross-cultural teams.
