Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with managers to ensure HR policies are followed consistently.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of employee disputes in a fair and timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to improve team satisfaction.
  • Deliver training and guidance to managers on employee relations and HR practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Work closely with the HR team to support broader department objectives.
  • Contribute to the review and update of HR policies and procedures as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ER Advisor should have:

  • Experience in handling employee relations cases within the retail or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
  • Logistics Distribution and supply chain, Retail or other industry experience
