This role will be their lead sales person, responsible for all national accounts within the health .Job DescriptionDevelop and implement effective sales strategiesManage existing account relationships and grow business within existing accountsActively hunt for and win new business to grow your account portfolioHold full P&L and forecasting responsibility for all accountsManage JBPs, negotiations and contractsEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accountsMonitor and analyse performance metrics and report back to the business on progressImplement strategies to drive brand growth in collaboration with other departmentsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Sales Director should have:Proven experience working at national account level with Boots essentialExperience with Tesco and Sainsbury's a bonusTrack record of driving incremental growth within an FMCG environmentBackground of working in beauty, healthcare, wellness, pharma, suncare or similarExperience of working for an SME business with the ability to wear multiple hatsExcellent reporting, organisation, communication and negotiation skillsCommercially minded with demonstrable experience managing P&Ls, JBPs, and forecastsKnowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAn understanding of sales performance metricsMust be able to do 3 days a week in West LondonWhat's on OfferAn attractive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annumUp to 40% bonus - sliding scale linked to base salaryFlexible hybrid working modelWe look forward to welcoming the successful candidate to our team.
