Job Description

  • Identify and target potential clients within the On-Trade sector, with a focus on high end pubs and restaurants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stake holders within the sector and understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Hold wine tastings and presentations to showcase our products and generate interest.
  • Develop wine listings for Customers to support their business.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Manage sales territory effectively, planning and organising sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up support.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally you will have;
  • Proven experience in On-Trade Wine Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions and tasting notes.
  • Qualifed to WSET Level 2/3.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
