  • Support in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate office procedures and systems and maintain them over time
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of company events
  • Adhere to the company's standards and policies at all times

A successful 'Temporary Administrator' should have:
