Stock Integrity Officer (Stock Controller)

We are looking for a Stock Operative to join the team to help maintain the integrity of the inventory of the items stored at our facility in Irlam, and to support the Warehouse Lead Supervisor in the day-to-day goods flow operations.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, monthly & quarterly cycle counts and audits
  • Ensure products are labelled and stored correctly as per the system
  • To investigate and rectify any discrepancies with stock holding
  • Escalate inbound issues to procurement/suppliers
  • Create reports using excel showing our accuracy/lines counted etc
  • General warehouse duties/hygiene as and when required

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Experience

  • Competent in Excel dashboard creation, Pivot tables and reporting
  • Previous experience in stock controller/integrity roles
  • Warehouse work experience preferred but not essential



Qualifications

  • FLT license advantageous but not essential
