Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsHR BP role with DE&IPeople Engagement, comms withDE&IAbout Our ClientLarge global matrix business based in LondonJob DescriptionYou will be responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of Employee Engagement, DE&I and Wellbeing plans, programmes and events to drive greater levels of engagement, belonging and inclusion across the UK & Ireland including "Beyond Gender" and UK reporting requirements such as Gender Reporting and Equal Salary Certification.You will work seamlessly with the People Engagement Manager to co-create the Employee Engagement Strategy for the UK including employee listening capabilities and tools, line manager training, data analysis, insights and measurement and lead on a new consistent action planning approach across the UK to drive up ratings and impact. You will take ownership for sustaining the high quality communications and events for the DNA cultural embedding and work seamlessly with BP's and global P&C teamsYou will support the UK businesses, the P&C team and PE Manager on Internal Comms (IC) goals in the UK. Including internal activation such supporting the IC plan on Viva Engage and content generation. Communications is key in transmitting our organization priorities, creating people engagement and driving change communications.You will provide guidance and advice to the wider business with regards to the practical application of HR policy from a DE&I lens.
