Sitting as a standalone Centre of Excellence (CoE) SME, you will own and shape strategic programmes across organisational development, learning, talent, and performance. Key responsibilities include:Strategising, driving, and delivering OD and Talent programmes that support high performance, inclusion, and leadership capability.Developing and embedding a new LMS as part of an enterprise-wide ERP implementation.Leading on talent and succession planning, career pathways, and future capability development.Acting as a trusted SME to the People Business Partners and wider People team, enabling line managers to lead effectively through change.Managing relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders to drive forward best-in-class development solutions.Providing thought leadership across areas such as cultural change, performance frameworks, strategic workforce planning and leadership development.The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone with proven experience of delivering organisational development and talent strategies in complex environments, ideally including not-for-profit, public sector, education, or commercially minded purpose-led organisations.
