Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products
  • NPD from concept to launch
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure consistency in brand messaging
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions
  • Managing the marketing budget to maximise ROI

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in creating and executing marketing strategies
  • Experience within the food or drinks space managing a portfolio of brands
  • A passion for wellness
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and drive a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical mind with a data-driven approach to decision making
