Job Description

  • Coordinate multiple projects and marketing campaigns simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders and build strong relationships with distributors.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and produce reports.
  • Supporting local market teams and Distributors to identify growth and improvement opportunities within existing and new DMOs.
  • Partner with key stakeholders on DMO performance metrics and create engaging ways to share the analysis with GMs and local markets.
  • Stay on top of market trends to identify areas of opportunity for the brand.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Marketing Coordinator DMO should:· Have a degree in Marketing, Business or be Project Management Certified

· Have past experience in a field / market role in a Direct selling company, dealing directly with Distributors

· Be able to manage projects and deliver against tight deadlines

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· An ability to work well as part of a team.
