Job Description

As HR BP you will be responsible for;

  • Provide HR operational support for assigned BU, leading on all ER case management
  • Provide full partnering service to the division
  • Strategic partnering with line managers and directors
  • Build line management capability
  • Lead on Union relationships
  • Promote EDI and Wellbeing agenda

The Successful Applicant

The successful candiate will;

  • CIPD L7
  • Proven track record as a strategic and operational HR BP
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record leading change management activity
