Due to significant growth in Sales and particularly the eCommerce channel, an opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised professional to join the team! This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Amazon business as well managing some UK key accounts and supporting with larger national accounts and distributors.

Job Description

The role is split across Sales + eCommerce (Amazon) responsibilities:

50%

Manage the day-to-day Amazon business across Vendor Central and Seller Central.

o Creating, regularly updating and maintaining product listings, ensuring they meet Amazon's guidelines and showcase the product effectively

o Liaising with the Design team to ensure images, A+ content etc are created for all lines and uploaded to VC and SC

o Liaising with the relevant teams to manage translations for the EU4 markets

o Enhancing product visibility and conversion rates by optimizing titles, descriptions, images, and keywords

o Overseeing Amazon case management and troubleshooting any issues with product listings

o Business reporting of key metrics such as ROS and ROI and the ability to develop reports as requested by the SM and CEO

o Implementing promotional campaigns, review programs, vouchers, and strategic plans for key events such as Prime Day as agreed with the SM

o Processing the weekly orders as/when required and liaising with the domestic warehousing team to get them dispatched on time

o Managing SC (FBA/FBM) stock levels for agreed range

o As the role develops and the business grows, the Sales Executive will also be required to take on duties such as forecasting, building AMS campaigns, managing FOB business and preparing annual promotional plans50%

Assist the Sales Manager with the large national accounts and distributors and manage key UK accounts - duties will include:

o Uploading images and product copy to retailer portals and ensure retailers always have the most up to date images, videos etc

o Completing quote sheets and bespoke NLFs for all customers as/when required

o Amending or creating product presentations as required by the SM

o Managing some key accounts with support from the SM (ie. Hamleys, Rymans etc) which will include meeting with buyers, quoting new lines, chasing orders and managing stock levels to maximise sales

o Carrying out competitor and market research as required

o Arranging product samples for customers as required

o Supporting the SM in achieving growth targets agreed at the beginning of the financial year

o Business planning alongside the SM to ensure continuous growth over the next 3-5 years within the ecommerce platforms

o Attending trade shows and external customer meetings as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Executive will:

* A minimum of 1 years' experience working on Amazon is required, experience of other online platforms such as eBay, Shopify etc an advantage

* Experience in an administrative and customer facing role essential

* Experience of Amazon Vendor Central essential and experience of Amazon Seller Central an advantage

* Experience in a creative role and knowledge of e-commerce retail landscape would be advantageous

* Good numerical and analytical skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel

* A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required

* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills

* Strong attention to detail and a flair for problem solving.
