Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Manage the annual salary review and bonus process.
  • Develop and maintain a job grading structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits practices.
  • Work closely with the HR team and business leaders to implement reward initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in all reward practices.
  • Manage reward-related communication and education to employees.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in a Reward role in a large business.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to interpret complex analytical data
