Job Description

  • Analyse/report using high volumes of data using Oracle/intermediate Excel spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with HR and management to understand reward needs including pay, bonus, gender pay gap
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements in all reward matters.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve the company's reward system.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management on reward-related issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Reward Analyst should have:

  • Proficient using HRIS ideally Oracle of similar
  • Intermediate Excel including vlookup, pivot tables, dashboards
  • Working with high volumes of HR Data
  • Prior experience in a Reward Analyst role or in HRIS
  • Knowledge of HR practices and legislation relating to rewards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
