We are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing Raw Materials, goods, and services and managing suppliers.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Managing a small team of 2/3.
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
  • Negotiate with external suppliers.
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven working experience in procurement in manufacturing.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel and ERP.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
