We are looking for a dedicated and organised Office manager to support the smooth running of our academy, located in Nuneaton. Focusing on providing support to the Headteacher, coordinating office operations and administrative tasks.

Job Description

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office.
  • Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage agendas, appointments and meetings for upper management.
  • Assist in the leadership and management of the school, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage office support functions, incoming enquiries, and supporting with reception duties efficiently.
  • Contribute to the well being of individuals and groups within academy, considering the physical, mental, and social aspects of health and safety.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in an Office management role.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic school environment.
  • Problem solving abilities, addressing issues proactively and finding practical solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
