This includes jointly developing with the Marketing Department channel specific sales and marketing programs.Establish and maintain relationships with assigned National accounts through customer calls, national shows, events and conferences.Provide category information related to assigned National accounts from which effective training and instruction is developed for regional personnel and manufacturer representatives.National Account Manager to provide the necessary support and/or analysis to corporate production and supply management in order to resolve customer service issues involving product availability, quality, distribution, and/or sales and marketing administration.Understand and perform gap analysis and product range reviews.The Successful ApplicantThe Successful National/Key Account Manager - DIY (Retail - Field Based) will:Have experience of Sales Development for Retail Sales which may include evidence of having solved sales, merchandising, product demonstration, distribution and related problemsEvidence of managing people and handling P&L responsibiliityExperienced at Presentations, confident and well dressedHappy to travel up to 70% of the time, national coverage of the UKExperience marketing/selling and managing sales in Retail and Online channelsWhat's on OfferOn offer for the successful candidate is:Excellent basic salary from £40,000 to £50,000 DOECompany CarBonus circa 20%+This is a 2 stage process and will move quickly, please apply to register your interest.
