Job Description

  • Manage, grow and develop the Lidl Account with Full P&L
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Establish productive relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with various teams (marketing, sales, product development) to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Account Manager should have:

  • A background in sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in handling key/national accounts and driving sales growth.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to operate as part of a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships.
