We are seeking a dedicated and creative Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Agency department. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, and analysing the effectiveness of each campaign.

  • Hybrid working, 1 day per week in office

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new creative campaigns.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align sales strategies.
  • Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations.
  • Organise and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Executive should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
