Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with small retail groups, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales and profitability by identifying new opportunities and executing strategic plans.
  • Market Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally you will be operating within the FMCG sector with a track record of managing key accounts and looking for a growing business that can offer progression to NAM.
