Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsJunior HRBP role with a focus on employee engagement and wellbeing12 month contract to join a fabulous HR team in the Huddersfield areaAbout Our ClientA successful manufacturing and service business with multiple sites and c450 employees.Job DescriptionThe junior HR Business Partner will have responsibility for the following:Work with managers and key stakeholders to help build the people capability, focusing on recruitment, retention, engagement and the overall employee experience.Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to support the business strategy from a people perspective, including recruitment of new talent, retention of key people and reward strategies.Use HR information systems to gather people data and insights on key people metrics such as absence, staff turnover, cost per hire etcProvide a proactive HR service, including employee relations, resourcing, people development, performance management & reward, as well involvement in workforce planning and resource management.Ensure compliance with employment law requirements by keeping up to date with new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising manager on actions as appropriate.Work with the HR team to create and maintain a company culture and people approach which supports the business strategy.Contribute to the implementation of the people strategies and plans, including employee engagement initiatives.Effectively manage employee relations cases.Create and update people policies and procedures.Manage internal employee communications and events.The Successful ApplicantThe junior HR Business Partner role is ideal for an experienced advisor looking to gain partnering experience.
