My client is looking for a proactive Resourcing Analyst to support the HR team by sourcing, screening, and engaging high-calibre candidates for a broad range of positions. This interim role involves data extraction & report writing along with supporting with the recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.You need to be proficient in Excel & Workday.

Job Description

In this interim role, you will:

  • Source and identify potential candidates via multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and an applicant tracking system (Workday).
  • Screen CVs and applications, conduct initial interviews, and prepare interview packs for panel members.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assessment centres, maintaining timely and clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline to support future recruitment demands.



You will work closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process and an excellent candidate experience.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems and skilled in Excel for data analysis - essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
  • Experienced in sourcing and assessing candidates, with knowledge of recruitment best practices and current market trends.
  • Ideally, familiar with financial services sectors.
  • Able to manage time effectively and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
