They are committed to making a difference in the community and fostering a supportive work environment that values expertise in human resources.Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Interim HR Advisor to provide vital first-line employee relations support during a period of structural review. Working closely with managers across your designated area, you'll be the first point of contact for a range of HR queries, helping to deliver high-quality, compliant advice in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build strong relationships, contribute to meaningful work, and potentially progress into a permanent position.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line HR advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle (excluding recruitment)Manage a busy HR inbox, triaging and responding to queries from your aligned business divisionSupport managers remotely in formal meetings (e.g. absence reviews, disciplinary, grievance, performance)Ensure ongoing compliance in line with employment law and internal policiesMaintain accurate employee records, particularly in relation to visa status and right to workContribute to wider policy reviews and organisational development work as requiredThe Successful ApplicantA successful Interim HR Advisor should have:CIPD qualified (or working towards)Proven HR experience at Advisor level, ideally in a complex or values-led organisationStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practiceConfident handling employee relations cases and advising managers remotelyExperience or understanding of compliance requirements around sponsorship/visa status is a plusProactive, organised, and able to work independently with sound judgementExperience gained in the Not For Profit and Charities sector or Social Care or Education would be advantageousWhat's on OfferWhat's on OfferA chance to contribute to meaningful, person-centred workHybrid working with a supportive HR team structureThe potential to move into a permanent role as the organisation reviews and strengthens its HR functionThough not guaranteed there is potential for the role to become permanent.
