  • Overseeing the Accounting & Finance department
  • Ensuring the financial health and stability of the institution
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies
  • Managing budgets and financial reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Providing leadership and direction to the finance team
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders and external auditors

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Director of Finance should have:

  • A qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the not-for-profit sector
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial planning
  • Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and external auditors
