Job Description

  • Implementing candidate sourcing strategies to meet the company's recruitment needs
  • Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements
  • Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
  • Utilising recruitment tools and social media to advertise vacancies and attract candidates
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires
  • Promoting the company's image and values in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Officer should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
  • The ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Ability to commute to Liverpool
