Specifically to:Develop and lead a cohesive people plan that supports the business's strategic vision in a commercial environment.Lead the Organisational Development Programme, collaborating with business leaders for implementation.Promote and develop a culture of continuous improvement with the Executive and Senior Leadership Team.Plan and direct employee training and development programs, including apprentices, graduates, managers, and executives.Manage the business succession planning strategy, identifying talent and managing career aspirations.Resolve competitive and strategic issues within legal and risk guidelines through stakeholder management and influencing.Collaborate with centres of expertise and functional teams to share insights and knowledge.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will already be working in an HR Leadership position either as a Head of HR or an HR Director.You will ideally have experience working in Building and Construction or infrastructure such as Road, Rail or Civil engineering.
