Known for its rigorous standards and commitment to excellence, this company offers a vibrant working environment in the heart of London.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Employee Support: Assist in handling HR queries and providing support to employees across different regions.On-boarding & Off-boarding: Manage the full cycle of employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience while leveraging Workday and ADP technology as well as various Microsoft Office products to present data to stakeholders.Internship & Externship Program Management: Oversee the induction process for US and non-US interns, including creating and managing the induction calendar.Benefits Renewals & Administration: Support the non-US benefit programs. Experience negotiating and designing non-US benefits from medical through to pension. Understanding where the market is and how to build and advise on competitive benefits and providers for non-US offices. Update and amend the benefits guide as necessary and ensure communication of updates to employees.HR Communication: Draft and send out HR-related communications, including firm-wide announcements and monthly newsletters.Collaboration with EAs & Facilities: Liaise with executive assistants (EAs) for various HR-related activities, special events, new joiners, and various in office servicesHR Systems: Maintain and manage employee data in Workday, and assist with various payroll responsibilities between HR and finance.Strong experience working with Workday and ADP.
