Job Description

The role of HR Business Partner is a busy, fast-paced role, partnering with management and leadership to support with a wide range of generalist people matters within this changeable organisation.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to managers and teams across the organisation.
  • Lead on employee relations matters.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement effective learning and development programmes.
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organisational performance.
  • Guide and up-skill managers on people matters.
  • Manage and support change management processes.
  • Support with staff engagement initiatives
  • Succession planning and talent development

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Business Partner role.

Ideally you will have exposure to busy, fast-paced, commercial sectors
