Job Description
- Provide strategic HR support to business leaders
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle end to end employee relations issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure all HR operations align with the company's business goals
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process
- Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal and company HR policies
- Report and advise on HR metrics to guide strategic business decisions
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD Qualified)
- Proficient understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Experience in a strategic HR role within the Facilities sector
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
