Job Description

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
  • Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Deliver HR-related training sessions to staff as required.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
