Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with business goals.


  • Lead and manage the commercial team, including sales, business development, pricing, and contract management functions.


  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Manage the existing Major National Account Business


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.


  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure commercial initiatives are effectively executed.


  • Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial risk management to maximise profitability.


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and adapt commercial tactics.


  • Prepare and present regular commercial performance reports to the executive team and board.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles, within the Food Sector with experience managing the retailers or B2B Manufacturing


  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex commercial operations.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Commercially astute with deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour.


  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
