Job Description

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive change management strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure change initiatives align with organisational goals.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes and devise strategies to overcome challenges and resistance.
  • Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the change management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Change Management' should demonstrate:

  • Extensive expertise and proven senior leadership experience in leading change practices within a large and complex matrix organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale change from inception to completion.
  • Proficient in leading diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning change initiatives with business objectives.
