Job Description

  • Leading business transformation initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals with transformation activities.
  • Implementing new technologies and processes to improve business efficiency.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of transformation projects.
  • Identifying potential risks and issues, and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Providing training and support to staff on new systems and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Driving continuous improvement in business transformation strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Transformation Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Proven experience in business transformation within the Financial / Professional Services industry.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A solid understanding of IT and digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
