Job Description

The successful Field Sales Manager will demonstrate:

  • Analysis is a key factor in your success for this role - you must be able to demonstrate examples of strong analysis, and how you've used this to achieve targets for set regions/distribution/accounts
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate and close agreements
  • Work closely with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Field Sales Manager should have:

  • Proven work experience in a sales team lead role, preferably in the health/nutrition industry.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership/soft skills, as well as, organisational skills
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • A keen interest in the health/wellness/nutrition sector.
